1. Information only
The Sicuro Live Travel Risk Map and all associated reports, country pages, alerts and downloadable documents (collectively, the "Service") are provided free of charge for general information purposes only. The Service aggregates publicly available data from third-party government and intergovernmental sources, including the United States Department of State, the United Kingdom Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), the Global Disaster Alert and Coordination System (GDACS) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Sicuro Group does not author, validate, verify, fact-check or update the underlying advisories.
2. No warranties
The Service is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sicuro Group expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, currency, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Risk levels, summaries, scores, recommendations and any data presented may be incomplete, out of date, mistranslated, incorrectly mapped or otherwise inaccurate. Source feeds may go offline, change format or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
3. Not professional advice
The Service is not, and must not be relied upon as, professional security, medical, legal, insurance, immigration, regulatory, financial or travel advice. It does not constitute a recommendation to travel or not to travel to any destination. Decisions about travel, evacuation, security posture, insurance cover, medical treatment or any other safety-critical matter must be made on the basis of qualified professional advice obtained directly from the relevant government authority, your insurer, your medical provider, your security provider and other competent specialists, and not on the basis of the Service.
4. Limitation of liability
By accessing or using the Service you acknowledge and agree that you do so entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sicuro Group, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, agents, licensors and data providers exclude all liability of any nature whatsoever (including, without limitation, liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury, illness, death, abduction, detention, financial loss or property damage) arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or reliance on the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if Sicuro Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
5. Third-party trademarks
All trademarks, source-feed names and government department names referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification of the original data source. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government, intergovernmental body, embassy or official agency.
